Expertise / Growth marketing in Egypt & MENA

The handoffs are part of the growth work.

A campaign can look healthy while the business still has a problem. I work across acquisition, SEO, lifecycle and measurement, where a better answer usually needs more than one team.

Acquisition has to survive the handoff to Sales.

The ad account sees a conversion. Sales sees a person with a need, a budget, a timeline—or none of those things yet. The gap between those views is often where the useful work starts.

Paid acquisition needs feedback from qualification and the sales conversation. Which leads were usable? What did people expect when they clicked? Where did the promise on the landing page stop matching the conversation?

My work has included paid-search structure, landing pages, conversion tracking and offline imports. Those pieces belong together: a cheaper lead is only useful if we understand what happens to it next.

Organic growth needs more than a traffic target.

SEO was my starting point. Building a content business and later working with Product at AlGooru made the scope wider: the search result, the page, and the next step all affect what the visit can become.

A resource that answers a question and a page that helps someone choose a tutor have different jobs. Treating them as the same kind of traffic makes the reporting simpler and the decisions worse.

The work spans technical SEO, internal linking, content intent and product pages. The question behind it is straightforward: does the page help the right person do something useful?

The first conversion is still the beginning.

A new lead, a new user and an existing customer need different next steps. Lifecycle work becomes more useful when it is connected to the expectation set during acquisition and the experience the product can actually deliver.

At Foodics, lifecycle and affiliate growth sit within my broader growth scope. I look at them alongside acquisition, experimentation and measurement, rather than as separate calendars of messages.

Before adding another touchpoint, the useful questions are about the customer: what are they trying to finish, what is in their way, and what would make the next step easier?

Attribution should earn its place in the decision.

More reporting does not automatically mean more clarity. An attribution model, a dashboard and a qualification score are useful when they help people decide what to stop, fix or test next.

My experience includes attribution using Adjust and Mixpanel, growth dashboards and lead qualification. The practical challenge is connecting channel activity to what Sales and Product are seeing, with definitions that people can use consistently.

When numbers disagree, the first task is to understand the difference: the period, the population, the event being counted and the time a customer needs to progress. A confident chart cannot resolve an unclear definition.

Different seats. The same need to follow the work through.

I built and sold علاجك, a medical-content business, while studying physical therapy. From July 2022 to November 2025, I worked at AlGooru, progressing from SEO Manager to Marketing Strategy Lead. I am now Senior Growth Marketing Manager at Foodics, based in Cairo and working across MENA.

If you are putting a growth team together or working through a problem across functions, a useful first conversation starts with the constraint and the decision it is preventing.

Bring the problem, and a little context.

What changed, what you have measured, and where the handoff breaks.
